Overview:
This 5 days bootcamp is designed to give the participants a good foundation on the concepts of Project Management. This will be more on the best practices advocated by PMI®. The participants will get an insight on the 42 processes and 5 Process group and the 9 knowledge areas, which can be defined as the pillars for a strong Project Management foundation. This program will qualify participants for PMP exam registration (through online registration at http://www.pmi.org/CareerDevelopment/Pages/AboutCredentialsPMP.aspx) and will include expert guidance on tips and tricks to help participants on successful PMP Examination. There will also be a Mock Exam at end of the course, which consists of 200 mock questions and 220 class questions in preparation.
