Q. I am having a problem printing my curve fit graphs from either TableCurve 2D or 3D. This occurs with both 16 and 32-bit versions. When I try printing to any Hewlett Packard Deskjet series printer, I either 1) lose most of the graph information, or 2) get nothing at all.

A: Upgrade the HP printer driver to at least version 6.1.

                Q. I am having a problem installing TableCurve 2D version 3.0 with os/2 warp version 3.0. I have version 1.15 of win32s, but my problems persist. When I try to run from the win-os/2 window TableCurve tells me I am not running in enhanced mode. I attempt to run from the main os/2 window, and TableCurve tells me to reinstall. How do I fix this problem?

A: Check the system settings and make sure you are running in 386 enhanced mode. Then migrate the application in win-os/2. Make sure the application itself is set in 386 enhance mode. Manuallly uninstall win32s, and install win32s version 1.15.

                Q. I recently bought a new printer HPDJ722c. Every time I try to print a Table Curve 2D graph, I get an error message: "TC caused a general protection fault in module HPFCPS06.DLL" then crashes.

A: The crash occurs in the SetPixel() calls used to build bitmap grids. Disable the Grids or use Level '0' for both X & Y grid from the 2D View Option (binocular-like icon) after fitting and before printing.
